The Process
1. You reach out
Start by filling out the contact form — just a few quick details about you, your partner, and the day you’re planning. From there, I’ll send over a full pricing catalogue so you can get a feel for what’s possible.
2. We meet (coffee or Zoom — your call)
Once you've had a look and keen to proceed, we’ll lock in a quick discovery call (15–25 mins) to get to know each other, walk through your plans, and sketch out a draft timeline together. Even if you’re early in the planning stage, most couples walk away from this call feeling clearer and more excited.
3. You lock it in
If it all feels right, a 20% retainer and its official! We’re starting a beautiful journey to make your wedding day incredible. I’ll be here to walk with you through the process of planning and bring you the best experience possible.
FAQ
I’m all about quality over quantity. As a Sydney wedding photographer, I don’t believe in delivering 50 versions of the same moment. Every gallery is carefully curated to highlight the real, meaningful, joy-filled parts of your day.
For a full-day 10-hour wedding, you can expect around 600–800 professionally edited images; each one chosen with intention and storytelling in mind.
My typical turnaround time for wedding photography is 6 weeks during the off-season and up to 12 weeks during peak wedding season in Sydney.
I always aim to deliver your wedding gallery as quickly as possible, but I never rush the editing process; these are photos you’ll keep for a lifetime, and they deserve the time and care to be done right.
I don’t do heavy photo manipulation or unrealistic retouching. My approach to wedding photography is natural, timeless, and true to how your day actually felt.
That said, I’ll absolutely take care of small distractions; things like blemishes, temporary marks, or background distractions (yes, even that rogue uncle or bright construction sign).
For weddings within Sydney, a travel fee applies to locations more than 50km or over one hour from the Sydney CBD.
If you're planning an interstate or destination wedding, I offer custom wedding photography travel quotes that cover accommodation, transport, and any additional coverage days.

After you enquire and review my pricing guide, we’ll organise a time to meet; either in person or via google meets. This wedding consultation is a chance for us to get to know each other properly, talk through your vision and priorities, and plan how your day will actually feel, not just how it runs. I’ll also help build a rough wedding timeline so you can visualise how everything flows, from getting ready through to the dance floor.
